Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer. Depending on what’s installed, coverage can range from 5 years on some ranges up to 10 or even 20 years on premium products, and we make sure the client knows exactly what applies to their installation before work begins, not after something goes wrong.
We also keep a record of what was installed where, including the product, batch, and installation date, for every project we complete. That record is what makes a warranty claim straightforward: when you contact us, we can confirm coverage and manufacturer details quickly instead of asking you to track down paperwork from years earlier.
Our involvement doesn’t stop at forwarding a claim to the manufacturer. We follow up on the client’s behalf, coordinate any site inspection the manufacturer requires, and keep the client updated until the claim is resolved.
