Our task doesn’t end at installation. We make sure you keep enjoying the smoothness and ambiance of our work even after the job is done and the defect liability period has closed.
Flooring is a long-term investment, and how it’s cared for in daily use affects how long it performs well. We provide clients with maintenance guidance specific to the material installed, since a rubber gym floor, a carpet tile, and a resin surface each need different cleaning products and routines to avoid premature wear or damage to the finish.
If an issue comes up after handover, whether it’s a section that needs repair, a fitting that’s come loose, or general wear in a high-traffic area, our team responds and assesses the site rather than leaving the client to manage it alone. Where a repair calls for matching material, we work from the original project records to source the closest match available, since flooring batches can vary slightly over time.
We stay in touch with facilities and maintenance teams on larger projects too, so that as buildings age and usage patterns change, there’s a point of contact who already understands the flooring that was installed and why it was specified that way.
